The Delaware Small Business & Technology Development Center (SBTDC) offers information, training seminars, and free counseling to every small businessperson or potential entrepreneur in Delaware. Seminars are offered on a variety of topics ranging from the basics of starting a business to advanced programs in cash flow planning.

Research data is available from a variety of sources, such as current business periodicals, reference materials, market research publications, and census data. A state-of-the-art computer lab is available with a variety of current business software. One-on-one help is available with counselors. The SBTDC can also help clients identify and bid on government contracts, all in one convenient location.
