Quest Pharmaceutical Services (QPS) is a GLP-compliant DMPK contract laboratory supporting drug discovery and development. Since 1995, we have provided high quality services to pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients worldwide. We offer a full range of drug metabolism capabilities including metabolic stability, metabolite profiling and identification, reaction phenotyping, inhibition, and in vitro and ex vivo induction. Our LC/MS/MS bioanalysis services (small organics, polypeptides, antisense oligonucleotides) are supported by 39 triple quadrupoles, including 26 Sciex API-4000’s. We provide bioanalytical support for BE pilot and pivotal trials conducted throughout the world.

Our Molecular Biology services include SNP genotyping and genetic mutation analysis, quantitative RT-PCR, RNA expression analysis and microarray gene expression profiling. In addition to providing both CLIA type and full GLP compliant ELISA approaches to biomarker analysis, the QPS Biomarker/Immunoassay team offers ELISA and RIA methodologies for quantitative analysis of protein and polypeptide drugs, antigenicity testing, and cell-based assays. Both QPS-USA’s bioanalytical/biomarker facility and AAALAC-accredited animal facility are located in Newark, DE. QPS-Taiwan facility is located in Taipei.
