MacroStat, Inc. is a contract research organization (CRO), providing data management and statistical services to the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries, and National Institutes of Health (NIH). Our goal is to provide faster, lower cost, and higher quality services.
MacroStat is specialized in statistical support for the Data and Safety Monitoring Board (DSMB) and FDA Advisory Committee meetings. MacroStat provides services in the clinical trial data management, development of protocols and statistical analysis plans, generation of CDISC and analysis datasets, SAS programming for summary tables, figures, and listings, integrated summaries of efficacy (ISE) and safety (ISS) for new drug applications (NDA), writing of clinical and statistical reports, and preparation for NDA submissions to the FDA. We have extensive experience in various therapeutic areas such as anti-viral, pain control, cardiovascular, psychotic disorders, antibiotic, and oncology, etc.
