Delaware Innovation Fund, Inc. 3 Mill Road, Suite 201 The Delaware Innovation Fund, Inc. (DIF) is a private, nonprofit
corporation established as a pre-seed and early-stage capital source
for technology companies in Delaware and the surrounding mid-Atlantic
region. Founded in 1995, the DIF has funded 17 companies, including
two of the Delaware Technology Park’s tenant companies, one
of which is Supercritical Fluid Technologies, Inc. The DIF has been
hailed as a model-funding program, and has been cited by Inc. magazine
and other national publications. DIF is available for appointments
at its “flex office” at the Delaware Technology Park.
