The mission of the DelACCESS Consortium is to drive regional small business growth through inclusive sourcing, technology and supplier diversity initiatives consistent with the purchasing and economic vitality goals of its member organizations.

The DelACCESS Consortium is a public/private initiative that leverages regional purchasing opportunities within large public and private entities to develop and expand small businesses seeking to grow in the Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania region. The DelACCESS Consortium is organized as a not for profit. It includes members from government, business, academia, and non-profit sectors seeking to advance socially responsible economic development and sustainable business growth in the Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania region.

The DelACCESS Consortium supports and promotes focused initiatives that encourage a level playing field for all small businesses, inclusive of minority-owned and women-owned businesses. It uses a hi-tech, hi-touch approach to facilitate small business outreach and internal employee workshops directed at inclusive sourcing, operational efficiency and effectiveness, and supplier diversity.
